Thirty years of martial arts have taught me that true discipline doesn't depend on willpower. What matters is creating a system that makes things simple.

Most coaches give you tasks to complete. I first help you decide what you actually want to do — based on your real life, your time, your character. Then we build a bespoke system together, using habit engineering, that reduces friction to a minimum and overcomes inertia from day one.

The driver of change is not willpower. It's the system.

The Body as a Tool

The techniques I share work directly on the autonomic nervous system — the physiological root of stress, reactivity, and chronic fatigue. Through breathing, movement, and vagus nerve stimulation exercises, you'll learn to consciously shift from a state of alert to one of recovery.

Not theory.

My real story begins in 1995, when I meet Claudio, my karate master. I'm nineteen years old, out of shape and without a clear direction. In just a few years that practice changes me profoundly — physically and mentally. For the first time I discover what real discipline means: not the kind imposed from outside, with so-called "motivation", but the kind you build yourself, day after day.

From that point I never stopped. Karate opened the door to Wing Tsun, which I practiced for years until I became a teacher. In between: Muay Thai, yoga, and an ever-deeper interest in natural wellness practices. Not as a collection of disciplines, but as the construction of a personal method for staying well, performing better, and holding up under pressure over time.

At fifty I'm in better shape than I was at twenty. It's not luck. It's the result of choices practiced every day for thirty years.

Meanwhile, my professional life followed a different path. After university, thirteen years inside a multinational corporation. A solid, stable, respectable job. And completely wrong for me. I understood this within the first few years, but leaving what everyone around you considers an achievement takes time and courage.

In 2015 I finally found my direction: I discovered Thai massage. I attended courses in the United States, Greece, Switzerland, and Thailand — over seven hundred hours of training in less than three years. In 2018 I left the steady job. I then decided to add coaching alongside massage and Thai yoga, because I realized that the body alone is not enough. The mind and habits are part of the same system. The first concrete results followed: high-level clients in Cortina d'Ampezzo, and work with a professional basketball team.

Then came Covid and the lockdown. Like many, they wiped the slate clean. But instead of waiting for things to return to how they were, I chose to use that break to go deeper: I moved from Trieste to the mountains, half an hour from Cortina d'Ampezzo in the Italian Dolomites. I found a more authentic, harder, more concrete environment. And for three years — while dealing with respiratory aftereffects that robbed me of regular sleep — I continued studying, practicing, searching for what actually worked on myself before proposing it to others.

It's not the first time I've faced difficulties. In 2004 I walked nearly eight hundred kilometers on the Camino de Santiago, alone, with open blisters, without stopping. In 2015, in Nepal to see Everest, I found myself in the middle of the earthquake that devastated the country. I managed the situation and came home. Every time, the discipline, resistance, and resilience built in daily practice transfer to real life when it matters.

The solution to my breathing and sleep problems came through Shaolin Qi Gong, targeted choices, and artificial intelligence used as a precision tool on myself. From that direct experience came one of the central elements of RESET: I don't use AI because it's a modern tool. I use it because I've seen what it produces when applied methodically to a real person, with a real life.

Executive Mastery Training is the result of thirty years of martial and physical practice, international training, and experiences that have tested what I teach. It takes the best of body techniques, goes beyond the limitations of traditional coaching, and uses artificial intelligence to make every program highly personalized.

What I bring to my clients is not theory. It's something I've been through first myself.
